Sean Brauser's Recipe - "Fried Mushroom Pizza"
Ingredients:
16" Pizza Crust
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup (per 16 inch crust)
8 oz of canned mushrooms
12 oz of provolone
1 lb of fresh mushrooms sliced
4 oz of french fried onions
Directions:
- Sautee fresh mushrooms in garlic butter.
- Spread 1 can of soup over crust
- Cover with sauteed mushrooms, canned mushrooms and provolone cheese
- Cook for 8 minutes in a conveyor oven at 470 degrees or
18 minutes at 450 in a conventional oven
- Sprinkle with French Fried Onions on top when its done.
